What’s the first impression you want to give people?

That I love my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Not so I look Holy, but so that Jesus might be at the forefront of my life. Just today, I bought a radio Alarm clock. Because I want to hear the Jesus music again, playing in my room, while I sleep, and while I do school.

Here is an image from the fight last night. No, I didn’t watch it. I just wanted to share the meme because it speaks to something near and dear to my heart- Santa Claus. It is almost that time of year, again. My- this year has gone by fast.

What book are you reading right now?

However, I just finished 41: A Portrait of My Father, by President George W. Bush. Bush was actually a pretty good writer, I thought. He noted at the beginning of the book that his book was subjective, rather than objective, about his father. I recommend reading it, it was pretty good.

What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever found (and kept)?

I found it on my way to NAVAL Station Everett. I was climbing down the hill, when I tripped, and found a neat knife. It was a folding one, and I was afraid they would catch me with it when I went on the base. But I took it with me. Then, when I got home I showed it to my brother. He was pretty impressed. I carried that knife everywhere till I lost it, one time while doing some hunting while on leave from the NAVY.

Who is the most famous or infamous person you have ever met?

I also saw the Undersecretary of the NAVY once, while I was on the USS Kitty Hawk. That was in 2004. I also met Gunny. Then, in 2018, I met President George W. Bush at the Crawford Ranch, with my buddy Jack Pena. We were there to help clean the ranch for a project with the Wounded Warriors.

This question makes me think of Max.

I miss laying next to Max when it was cold. Or taking Max for a walk. I also miss when he would lay outside, and I would smoke and drink coffee. Ah! Those were the days. But I know Max is in a better place now.

Probably my gaming laptops. My first one, I bought just after my final deployment on USS Princeton, from the exchange. It was an ASUS. That was in 2013. In 2023 I bought the one I am currently using. It is a Predator Helios 300, bought it for about $1200+.

Definitely a big year. Burning Crusade was released that year, my Mom came out to Misawa, Japan, and I even made it home to see my family at New Years. So many other things happened that year too. I have an anthem for that time period:
