The End Of The Debates

Not to long ago, my Mom asked me to cut it out, with internet debates. i tried to persuade her that i was sharing the truth. i may be sharing the truth, but i certainly get into a lot of arguments. So, i began heeding what she said. It is tough, but so it must be.

Nevertheless, this morning i got into a discussion about Trump. i was about to argue. But then i remembered this scripture:

Psalm 1:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

This scripture, shared by Caryn and Jeremy In The Morning, on 90.9 KCBI, came to mind. It tempered what i wanted to say. In the end, all i really did was simply to ask: “Why not let Trump speak for himself?”. Of course, he shared nothing that Trump said, because he knows this would have blown away his main arguments.

i find this arguing to me futile. Facebook has a scrolling mechanism, where anything you say, simply disappears after a while. It is clear, Mark Zuckerberg does not want to see comments from a week ago. It still happens sometimes. But it is rare.

That’s all i have to say, except for #Trump2024
