Franklin Graham, on Facebook, has called today to be a day of prayer for “the people of Afghanistan”:

Let it be known that August 22, 2021 is a day of prayer for the people of Afghanistan. Mr. Graham included this verse in his call: “Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.” (Psalm 82:4)
